Meet Amy McManus
Hi, I'm Amy, the founder of AccessAbility Training. I'm passionate about creating workplaces where everyone feels valued, included and able to thrive.
With a background in special educational needs, HR and a deep understanding of neurodiversity, I combine professional expertise with lived experience to deliver practical, relatable and impactful training and consultancy.
I work with organisations across the UK to build confidence, remove barriers and create meaningful, lasting change.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT AMY
Life beyond work
Outside of AccessAbility Training. I'm a proud mum to three wonderful children, I love spending quality time with my fiancé and our family.
Family life keeps me busy, but I still find time for my hobbies, including reading and getting creative with diamond art.
These hobbies help me recharge, unwind and stay grounded, often bringing fresh inspiration and creativity into my work too.
