About AccessAbility Training and Our Accessibility Services

Created to make workplaces more inclusive, supportive, and accessible for everyone.

Meet Amy McManus

I founded AccessAbility Training to help employers create workplaces where neurodivergent and disabled employees can thrive. With a passion for Special Education Needs, neuroinclusion consultancy, and HR, I combine lived experience with professional expertise to deliver practical, impactful training.

Our Mission.

At AccessAbility, we believe accessibility isn’t just a requirement, it’s a chance to create spaces where everyone feels valued. With both personal and professional experience, we know how small changes can make a big difference, opening doors for more people to participate and belong.

This site is here to guide you, whether you’re starting your accessibility journey or building on progress. We’ll provide the tools, knowledge, and support to help you succeed.

Because when everyone’s included, everyone benefits.
