The leadership team at AccessAbility Training is committed to driving EDI initiatives throughout the organization. Senior management will regularly review and assess EDI policies, monitor progress, and hold individuals accountable for their actions. We will set clear objectives for EDI and work towards meeting them in a timely and transparent manner. -
Training and Development
We will provide regular training and development opportunities to staff and clients to promote awareness and understanding of EDI issues. This will include training on unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive practices to ensure that our staff and clients are equipped with the knowledge and skills to foster an inclusive environment. -
Recruitment and Retention
