3. Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or enquiring

  • Treat staff, trainers, and other participants with respect (see our Code of Conduct)

  • Not reproduce, share, or distribute training materials without permission

  • Follow any access, safeguarding, or confidentiality guidelines set out during training

  • Use our resources and tools only for lawful, appropriate purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to our services if these terms are breached.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • All training bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or booking form).

  • Invoices are issued in advance, and payment is required within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees are clearly stated and include any applicable VAT.

  • We reserve the right to charge late payment fees or cancel services if payment is not received.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

For clients (employers, organisations):

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 working days in advance. Later cancellations may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of delivery will be charged in full.

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

  • Transfers to another session may be possible depending on availability.

6. Intellectual Property
All training content, resources, and materials provided by AccessAbility Training remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt any of our materials without prior written consent.

7. Accessibility and Adjustments
We are committed to making our services inclusive and accessible. If you require any adjustments (e.g. Easy Read materials, BSL support, extended time), please let us know as early as possible so we can make arrangements.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).

We will never sell your data or share it unnecessarily. You can contact us at any time to access, update, or request deletion of your information.

9. Liability
We aim to deliver high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date training and guidance. However, AccessAbility Training is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or outcomes arising from the use of our services or materials.

We do not provide legal advice and recommend that organisations seek specialist guidance when needed.
