We’re thrilled to launch AccessAbility Training — a new home for practical, evidence-based support to help you build a neuroinclusive, disability confident workplace where people can thrive.

Our mission

AccessAbility Training exists to support employers, managers, and teams to become confidently inclusive. We turn best practice and legal duties into simple, human strategies that work day-to-day — from recruitment and onboarding to progression and performance.

Practical & evidence-based

We combine lived experience with up-to-date guidance so you get clear, actionable steps that actually fit your context.

Neuroinclusive by design

We focus on accessibility and strengths-based adjustments that support autistic, ADHD, dyslexic and other neurodivergent colleagues — and benefit everyone.

What we offer

Whether you’re starting your Disability Confident journey or levelling up existing practice, we can help:

  • TailoredLearn Online — Bespoke online training (60–120 minutes) for teams and managers, with interactive activities and take‑away resources.

  • TailoredLearn In‑Person — Face‑to‑face workshops across the UK, designed around your sector, roles, and goals.

  • Consultancy — Practical support to review policies, processes, and culture, with a roadmap to become Disability Confident.

  • AccessAble Insight — Accessibility audits (physical and digital) with prioritised recommendations and quick wins.

  • Speaking & Events — Keynotes, webinars, and panels on neuroinclusion, reasonable adjustments, and supportive leadership.

  • Resources & Guides — Ready-to-use checklists, factsheets, and templates for managers and employees.

Free resources to get you started

We believe inclusion should be accessible to everyone. Visit our Resources page for practical tools you can use today, including:

  • Neurodiversity 101 — A clear, one‑page explainer for teams and new starters.

  • Reasonable Adjustments Checklist — Spot barriers and plan supportive tweaks to role, environment, and communication.

  • Reasonable Adjustments Request Form — A simple, respectful way for employees to document needs and preferences.

  • Self‑Assessment Template — Identify strengths, challenges, and preferred working styles to guide conversations.

What makes us different

  • People‑centred — We start with what helps real people do their best work, not box‑ticking.

  • Legally informed — Practical guidance aligned with the Equality Act 2010 and good practice for Reasonable Adjustments.

  • Strengths‑based — We focus on enabling success and building confidence at every level.

Start today

If you’re ready to make inclusion a habit — not a headline — we’d love to hear from you. Book a discovery call, or drop us a message with what you’re working on.

Thank you for being here at the start — we can’t wait to support your journey to a confidently inclusive workplace.
